We had our townhouse on the market for over 2 years with anothe realtor, only two offers that both fell through. Scott Sasinouski is a Real Estate Rock Star! Our townhome in Kensington, CT sat on the market for over 2 years while listed with another agent. We had two offers during that entire time and both fell through. Met with Scott, he had the house relisted on the market, used a variety of media tools to get the listing seen, held open houses and had it sold all within 6 months.
